We are seeking a talented customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, full-time, on-site.

Your Role:

• As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
• You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, emails, and correspondence.
• You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
• You will work collaboratively with our operations team to resolve any issues related to customer orders, deliveries, or returns.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
