Your Mission

As a Logistics Project Manager at IDEA, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects in the development of our activities. You will work closely with the Engineering Department, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and challenge the needs of our industrial clients
  • Define the target solution and formalize the technical response, including iterations (process, human resources, surfaces, equipment, information systems)
  • Participate actively in the commercialization of projects with the sales team
  • Manage project deployment in accordance with safety, quality, cost, and deadline objectives
  • Pilot and train necessary personnel for the realization of the new service
  • Conduct studies to improve operational processes
  • Be a source of proposals for each situation to be resolved, to develop the service provided to our client
  • Apply Lean as a mindset and a mode of operation

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in logistics and/or production, with a focus on project management
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar function
  • Master's degree in logistics and/or production
  • Fluency in English
