Job Title: Territory Account Manager H/F

Atempo, a leading provider of data protection and management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team in the Paris region.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in IT distribution and a proven track record of success in managing and developing client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in the region, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT distribution sector.
  • Strong understanding of the IT distribution market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
