Joining the Group Communications and Brand department, you will be an integral part of the Brand team, responsible for shaping and managing AXA's global brand strategy.
Role Overview
Position Purpose
In this role, you will assist Global Brand Strategic Partners in executing AXA's brand strategy through targeted advertising initiatives across various markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project management throughout the creative, production, and delivery phases of advertising campaigns in collaboration with Brand Partners.
- Coordinate with local, regional, and central agencies, as well as AXA entities, to facilitate campaign development.
- Support local brand teams in implementing AXA's brand strategy and monitor advertising activities across different markets, serving as the primary contact for brand-related inquiries.
- Prepare and format brand communications, reports, and presentations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining deliverable calendars, organizing meetings, and documenting minutes and follow-ups.
Context and Challenges
- Establishing stable and trusting relationships with AXA brand teams globally in complex and multicultural settings.
- Coordinating efforts among internal and external stakeholders while managing a high volume of campaigns under tight deadlines.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Brand Partners in the development of regional and global advertising campaigns.
- Assist in managing relationships with AXA Brand teams across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
- Act as a supervisor to ensure consistent application of brand strategy and identity in local advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and a passion for brand development.
- Possess fluency in English and strong communication and project management abilities.
- Have a background in communications and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Build excellent interpersonal relationships to foster collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Navigate a multicultural work environment with ease and maintain sound judgment regarding confidential matters.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with occasional travel required.
