Engineering Manager, Airline Offer Creation

Amadeus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Open Offer Ecosystem to join our team in Nice, France. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Open Offer Ecosystem, a critical component of our Airline Offer Creation platform.
About the Role:The Manager, Open Offer Ecosystem will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of software development engineers, product definition analysts, quality assurance engineers, and DevOps professionals in the delivery of all committed projects on-time, on-scope, and adherence to corporate standards and quality.
- Defining team objectives and translating them into individual objectives for each team member in line with organizational goals.
- Evaluating team and individual performance and providing input for salary reviews.
- Developing the team based on continuous assessment.
- Motivating and guiding individual team members to stretch and expand their own capabilities.
- Building and managing a team fostering a collaborative work environment which promotes innovation and empowerment.
- Performing interviews to recruit relevant profiles.
- Ensuring maintaining the team spirit.
The Open Offer Ecosystem team is responsible for developing and maintaining the Open Offer Ecosystem, a critical component of our Airline Offer Creation platform. The team is composed of experienced software development engineers, product definition analysts, quality assurance engineers, and DevOps professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Several years of work experience and familiarity with Amadeus products or the airline industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams of software development engineers, product definition analysts, quality assurance engineers, and DevOps professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
