Airline Offer Creation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Open Offer Ecosystem team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our Offer and Order capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with our PSS platform.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of software development engineers, product definition analysts, quality assurance engineers, and DevOps professionals to deliver committed projects on-time, on-scope, and in adherence to corporate standards and quality.
- Define team objectives and translate them into individual objectives for each team member in line with organizational goals.
- Evaluate team and individual performance and provide input for salary reviews.
- Develop the team based on continuous assessment and motivate individual team members to stretch and expand their capabilities.
- Build and manage a team fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and empowerment.
- Collaborate with other teams and profiles to ensure software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure timely and appropriate communication between team members and outside the team.
- Several years of work experience and familiarity with Amadeus products or the airline industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in driving transformation and change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
