Airline Offer Creation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Open Offer Ecosystem team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our airline offer creation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of software development engineers, product definition analysts, quality assurance engineers, and DevOps professionals to deliver high-quality projects on-time and on-scope.
- Define team objectives and translate them into individual objectives for each team member, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluate team and individual performance, providing input for salary reviews and developing the team based on continuous assessment.
- Motivate and guide individual team members to stretch and expand their capabilities, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and empowerment.
- Develop and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with department, division, and company objectives.
- Be accountable for the performance and results of the unit, developing plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Several years of work experience in the airline industry or with Amadeus products.
- Familiarity with cloud-native applications, Event Driven stacks, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
