As a Customer Journey Manager, your responsibilities will include the formulation and execution of the digital marketing strategy for the Atlantic Systems network, which encompasses Heat Pumps, Boilers, and Substations.
- Assess current customer journeys to enhance the omnichannel customer experience
- Engage in customer research to identify client needs and create customer profiles
- Design and implement a plan for improving customer journeys
- Establish content strategy and editorial standards
- Involve and maintain engagement with stakeholders in the sector
- Keep abreast of market trends related to customer journeys
- Execute the annual digital action plan and oversee the related budget
This role provides the chance to lead cross-departmental projects and leverage the expertise of a diverse marketing team.
