Join the dynamic marketing team at GROUPE ATLANTIC, a prominent player in the thermal comfort industry. The team comprises over 330 professionals from various departments dedicated to enhancing the commercial sector both in France and internationally.

As a Customer Journey Manager, your responsibilities will include the formulation and execution of the digital marketing strategy for the Atlantic Systems network, which encompasses Heat Pumps, Boilers, and Substations.

  • Assess current customer journeys to enhance the omnichannel customer experience
  • Engage in customer research to identify client needs and create customer profiles
  • Design and implement a plan for improving customer journeys
  • Establish content strategy and editorial standards
  • Involve and maintain engagement with stakeholders in the sector
  • Keep abreast of market trends related to customer journeys
  • Execute the annual digital action plan and oversee the related budget

This role provides the chance to lead cross-departmental projects and leverage the expertise of a diverse marketing team.
