The Business AI Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role within the Global AI Incubation Team, concentrating on customer-oriented initiatives that foster the global pipeline and adoption of Business AI.

This position will involve collaboration with regional Business AI teams to:

  • Design and implement strategic AI initiatives, including the Business AI Jumpstart Discovery Workshops.
  • Support regional go-to-market strategies as a commercial and solutions advisor to sales teams.
  • Facilitate the success of AI adoption efforts across SAP's extensive Business AI offerings across various sectors.

Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing SAP's rapidly expanding Business AI sector, engaging directly with clients and partners to meet pipeline, bookings, and adoption objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Partner Engagement:
Lead strategic client interactions through effective value discovery sessions, compelling storytelling, and efficient sales process execution.
Collaborate with sales, advisory, and service teams to address AI-related client needs and inquiries.
Assist in organizing AI discovery workshops, including program setup, facilitation, and follow-up activities.
Develop innovative methodologies and training programs centered on the Business AI client and partner engagement framework.

Program Design and Implementation:
Contribute to the design and execution of AI incubation programs in partnership with regional teams and Business AI product groups.
Collect and integrate feedback from regional teams and clients to enhance AI initiatives.
Ensure uniform delivery and execution standards for AI programs across all regions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and report on program performance against established KPIs, including support for pipeline development, bookings, and adoption metrics.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development for cohesive performance tracking across Business AI.
Provide regular updates to Business AI leadership.

Thought Leadership and Enablement:
Act as a representative for AI technologies, trends, and best practices at selected events regionally and globally.
Stay updated on AI advancements and contextualize these developments for the SAP Business AI portfolio.
Empower regional AI teams through knowledge sharing and execution support.

Customer Success Initiatives:
Create exemplary customer references through adoption initiatives.
Develop AI pipeline for the Market Unit.
Maintain a continuous feedback loop among regional leads, marketing, and product engineering.
Support the ecosystem in fulfilling AI commitments by directly assisting Business AI go-to-market activities.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Experience:
Approximately 10+ years of experience engaging with clients and partners in advanced technologies, including AI and cloud software adoption.
A proven history of designing and coaching sales organizations towards measurable business outcomes.
Familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is advantageous.

Leadership Competencies:
Strong capability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in client-facing scenarios.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Behavioral Competencies:
Ability to cultivate a network of influence within a matrixed organization.
Proven experience with fast-paced go-to-market strategies, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic AI market environment.
Demonstrates a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and French is required.
Proficiency in additional languages is an asset in this global team.
