Job Overview:

The Office Manager will play a vital role in supporting the team at Saint-Gobain Group, focusing on three key areas:

Financial Management (35%):

  • Process and manage orders, quotes, deliveries, and invoices
  • Verify and recover payments
  • Provide logistical support for services
  • Create maintenance contracts in partnership with relevant teams
  • Track hours and projects monthly
  • Ensure consistency with projects, studies, and financing

Site Administration (45%):

  • Manage and organize site operations
  • Monitor minor maintenance works
  • Support safety preventive measures
  • Assist with travel arrangements for employees
  • Welcome new recruits
  • Update and manage the company's intranet site

Executive Support (20%):

  • Organize committee meetings
  • Format and file committee meeting reports
  • Collaborate with the HR team
  • Update and manage the technical documents database

Operational links with the accounting, management control, and HR departments.

About the Role:

This position requires a BAC +2/3 degree, proficiency in English, and strong skills in Office 365, particularly Excel. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Saint-Gobain Group values diversity and promotes inclusivity, including for individuals with disabilities.
