Job Title: Office Manager

GL Events is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our team, and contributing to the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
