Your Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Consultant at ERA Immobilier Palaiseau, you will be actively involved in every stage of our clients' real estate projects, from initial consultation to final signing with the notary.

  • Prospect and identify potential clients
  • Understand client needs and preferences
  • Value and list properties
  • Organize property viewings and showings
  • Advise and reassure clients throughout the process
  • Negotiate sale prices and terms
Your Skills

We are looking for individuals who are motivated, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Prior experience in real estate is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you succeed.

We focus on developing our team members' professional goals and aspirations, rather than their resumes. This approach has proven successful, with many of our managers starting their careers as negotiators within ERA Immobilier Palaiseau.
