About the Role
As a Financial Asset and Project Middle Office Manager at La Banque Postale, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial asset and project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage the administrative aspects of financial asset and project management, including contract review, credit procedures, and internal processes.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with borrowers to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including agreement verification, loan tracking, and documentation.
- Participate in the pre-closing process of financial transactions, contributing to the structuring of financing offers and the finalization of legal documentation.
- Manage the Conditions Prealables to drawdown and amendments during the contract term, as well as covenant management and guarantee renewals.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
