We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Brand Manager to join our team at Winid Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our luxury fragrance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 3-year marketing plan to achieve brand growth objectives and market share.
  • Manage product development calendar with licensee, coordinate internal meetings, and drive deadlines and product launch deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams, external suppliers, and creative agencies to develop new products and offers.
  • Ensure launches are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Develop forecasts and sizing for new product launches and track and re-trend as needed.
  • Lead the fragrance development process, including olfactive briefs and submission tracking.
  • Participate in key annual global presentations.
  • Work with licensee on content creation and ad campaign development.
  • Lead GWP development process and approval with licensee.
  • Monitor and analyze business results to recommend opportunities for improving plans and their execution.
  • Be the expert on fragrance and beauty markets, including shop market analysis, trend assessment, and competitive analysis.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management or Brand Marketing, preferably in the prestige fragrance and beauty industry.
  • Knowledge of both US and global markets.
  • Excellent English skills required, with experience in the US market preferred.
  • Available to travel.
