About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fragrance Manager to join our Olfactory Studio team. As a key member of our fragrance development team, you will be responsible for developing winning fragrances for all Coty Luxury brands and driving brand DNA and success on the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop fragrances for the brands you are in charge, ensuring brands olfactory signatures and meeting the objectives of needed performance
  • Define a specific olfactory strategy for each brand
  • Drive creation and innovation with the fragrance houses
  • Optimize ways of working, processes, methodologies across departments (marketing, labs, CMI, procurement, fashion houses..)
  • Vouch for the olfactory quality all process long
  • Infuse fragrance culture, knowledge and expertise across the company
Requirements
  • Experience developing fragrances for Fine / Mass Fragrance markets
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to align on strategy and ensure consistency, design memorable and successful fragrances
  • Research and identify new opportunities, bold and inspiring ideas or new technologies to explore and capitalize on
  • Respond effectively to multiple demands, showing reactivity, adaptability and resilience
  • Passionate, constructive, positive and team spirit
  • Soft skills to rely on, ensuring consistency, inclusive, collaborating and problem solving spirit
