The Healthcare Sales team at Doctolib focuses on French healthcare institutions, including hospitals, health centers, and radiology facilities.
We are in search of a dynamic Healthcare Solutions Sales Manager to expand the Doctolib Hospital solution throughout all hospitals in France, particularly within your designated region.
The Healthcare Solutions Sales Manager will oversee a portfolio of potential hospital clients, both public and private. This role offers the autonomy to enhance the adoption rate of the Doctolib Hospital solution in your area, in collaboration with teams responsible for other healthcare solutions.
Each regional Business Unit comprises a Regional Director, Development Managers, a Project Director leading a Deployment Consultants team, and an Account Manager overseeing Account Executives. United by a strong team ethos, the team aspires to position Doctolib as the preferred partner for French hospitals in digital healthcare services.
You will receive mentorship from the Regional Director and Development Managers from your first day, supporting your achievement of goals and personal development at Doctolib.
Your Key Responsibilities
1/ Expand the number of healthcare facilities utilizing the Doctolib Hospital solution in your region:
- Managing intricate sales processes: initiating contact, conducting on-site meetings with key stakeholders (CEOs, CIOs, Chief of Medical Staff, etc.), and responding to requests for proposals;
- Executing the tailored marketing strategy for the hospital sector: participating in trade shows, targeted communications, and regional initiatives;
- Enhancing Sales Practices;
- Comprehensive management of contracts: direct agreements in accordance with public procurement regulations, purchasing centers, tenders, and collaboration with deployment consultants for acceptance protocols.
2/ Tailor the Doctolib Hospital projects to meet the unique requirements (regulatory, organizational, technical) of each institution:
- Providing digital strategy consulting to healthcare facilities and their management;
- Understanding national policies and initiatives promoted by the Ministry, regional health agencies, and the FHF;
- Establishing strategic alliances with Hospital Information System (HIS) providers.
3/ Contribute to the enhancement and collaborative development of the Doctolib Hospital solution
