Sales Manager

The Sales Manager - Technical Solutions will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our solutions, products, and technical services to prospective clients in the animal nutrition industry.
You will work closely with our technical experts to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and prospecting, generating leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services.
- Present and demonstrate our solutions as alternatives to petrochemical industries, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management and regular reporting on sales activities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate customer needs.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of animal nutrition industries.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop long-lasting relationships.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
