Gerflor seeks a dynamic Sales Director to lead our residential and housing sales team

As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market share within the residential construction sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the residential and housing market, encompassing lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and maximizing profitability.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, identifying trends, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the residential construction sector.

• Proven track record of success in sales management within the retail or construction industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
