Sales Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our Residential and Housing (BtoBtoC) Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate and manage a team of sales professionals across France, working closely with the Commercial Director
• Define and track sales targets, performance indicators, and commercial action plans
• Prospect and retain major clients, particularly in the large surface area of DIY (GSB) sector
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and sales conditions with clients
• Ensure commercial reporting and budget tracking
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and respect of commitments
• Analyze the market, competition, and development opportunities
• Participate in the promotion and valorization of Gerflor's product offer

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a higher education degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Management, with a proven track record in managing sales teams in the GMS or GSB universe. You must have a strong understanding of the industry and its specificities.

You should possess excellent sales, negotiation, and management skills. As a leader, you will be responsible for animating, federating, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve business objectives.
