Technology & Digital Solutions (T&DS)
Tasked by the Mazars Global Executive Board, the Technology & Digital Solutions team is spearheading Mazars' digital transformation to unlock the next phase of growth. This transformation aims to facilitate enhanced collaboration across regions and provide clients with scalable service offerings in a secure, modern, and sustainable manner. Consequently, Mazarians will experience seamless interactions and deliver increased value to clients daily.
To achieve these objectives, the Technology & Digital Solutions transformation program seeks to consolidate IT operations from a multi-local framework across 99+ countries into a global model. This encompasses the necessary infrastructure and operational model design to support Mazars' business, personnel, and clients both now and in the future.

Senior DevOps Engineer
Role Purpose, Responsibilities, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
The Cloud Platform product team is accountable for designing and constructing Azure landing zones at a global enterprise scale, incorporating a multi-subscription Azure environment that considers scalability, security, governance, compliance, networking, and identity. The team provisions and manages Azure subscriptions, Azure PaaS and IaaS services, and evaluates new Azure services and other cloud technologies. Close collaboration with colleagues from Global Information Security and Compliance is essential to continually enhance the security posture for all compute workloads.
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior DevOps Engineer to play a crucial role in advancing our global cloud platform. As a vital member of our truly global team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating closely with IT, Innovation, and DevOps teams to deliver exceptional and scalable cloud solutions.
Your mission will be to elevate our platform from good to outstanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical product owner, developing medium- to long-term strategies for product lines.
- Establish a Clear Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns our global cloud platform with the company's overarching IT strategy, based on business objectives, allowing you to significantly impact our future growth.
- Create a Flexible Product Roadmap:
- We encourage creativity and adaptability as you develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, encompassing both short-term and long-term initiatives to guide our cloud platform's evolution towards greater success.
- Collaborate with leading cloud computing companies to develop and deliver solutions that enable departments to deploy infrastructure and services effortlessly using code.
- Innovate with the latest products and tools available in the market to deliver complex architectures, including multi-cloud.
- Coordinate with technical staff and colleagues in non-technical roles to design solutions across Mazars that promote industry best practices.
- Advocate for Agile and Scrum methodologies:
- You will be one of our Agile and Scrum champions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Embrace Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and teamwork.
- In this capacity, you will work alongside the Head of Infrastructure & Platforms, the Enterprise Architect, and other Product Owners in Global IT.

- Drive Success with Product Metrics:
- Define and monitor relevant product metrics and KPIs to assess product performance and user satisfaction. Your data-driven approach will guide us toward continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the cloud services or SaaS sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing product strategies, including defining a product vision and roadmap.
- Familiarity with most products from cloud service providers, particularly Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of AWS/GCP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders, including CIOs, Innovation teams, and product owners. Persuading others is your strength.
- Visionary mindset with the ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within the cloud platform.
