Position Overview

Role Summary:

We are establishing a pivotal role to bolster our expansion efforts. As the IT Project Management Director, you will report directly to the Agency Manager and be accountable for achieving both functional and technical project goals in collaboration with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams, select appropriate delivery methodologies, and leverage expertise as necessary.
  • Enhance the skills and knowledge of your teams through mentorship and promoting collaborative efforts.
  • Oversee team career development, conduct performance evaluations, and organize training and certification initiatives aligned with agency requirements.
  • Contribute to various phases of project execution as needed.
  • Manage the financial aspects of projects and activities.
  • Track and report on project performance indicators.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities to guide clients with our specialized knowledge.
  • Participate in agency governance and decision-making processes.

Production Management Duties:

In addition to project management, you will also take on the role of Production Manager for approximately 20% of your time. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Production Governance:
    • Oversee project timelines, ensuring accurate and quality reporting of project hours.
    • Initiate and maintain agency dashboards, focusing on key human and financial metrics.
    • Provide training and support for internal management tools.
  • Transformation Support:
    • Assist in the migration to new ERP systems.
    • Incorporate management input and track skill development.
    • Facilitate the deployment of Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing projects within an ESN context. Key attributes for success in this role include autonomy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
