Job Title

Senior Data Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Developer to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our data integration team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data integration solutions using hybrid integration platforms, PaaS like Heroku, and middleware like Dell Boomi.
  • Develop strategies and designs for system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration solutions meet business requirements.
  • Guide junior developers in the development of data integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
  • Conduct unit tests and ensure high-quality code, adhering to Amadeus guidelines.
  • Optimize code and ensure data integration solutions are scalable and efficient.
  • Document data integration solutions, ensuring clear and concise documentation for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose improvements to data integration solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern client-side technologies, middleware, and PaaS.
  • Professional experience with data integration and deep understanding of data mapping and data transformation.
  • Deep understanding of SQL and JavaScript.
  • Experience delivering high-quality and well-structured code.
  • Familiarity with task management and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA.
