About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Darwin Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and driving the sales of payload transportation services to a global clientele, including space and aerospace enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in both the European and international markets.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to secure contracts and letters of intent from potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical and international business development role, preferably within the aerospace or space sectors.
  • Familiarity with international commercial law is essential.
  • Proven ability to operate in global markets, with a willingness to travel extensively and relocate to France for the initial period of the role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
