Context
Within the Financial Director of the Group, you will participate in the development of the Data Governance function of the Group R&Co.
As such, you will be under the responsibility of the "Group Data Quality Manager" who is in charge of the continuous improvement of data quality and who is the "guarantor" of our information heritage, our data for business purposes, and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for mapping critical data identified by business areas to ensure their governance (data catalog - Microsoft Azure Purview) and quality.
Missions
- Maintain and develop the critical data reference to meet the recommendations of our regulators (Risk/Finance - BCBS 239, etc...).
- In close collaboration with IT and business areas, maintain and/or create data lineage maps of critical data in the data governance tool.
- Maintain and develop the data catalog in the Microsoft Purview tool.
- Improve overall data quality and obtain better standardization of information, define remediation plans with business areas.
- Ensure the implementation of the data quality device: define critical data, controls, quality objectives, alert thresholds, and escalation processes.
- Follow and improve data governance and quality performance indicators. Participate in the creation of data committee supports.
Profile
- You are currently a Master's student in Data (Bac+4/5).
- You have an interest in regulatory topics and knowledge of the data world.
- You are proficient in French and English, both in writing and speaking.
- You have good interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
- You are autonomous in handling requests, rigorous, and pedagogical.
