Missions
Vous rejoindrez la Direction Produit et Marketing d'Edenred France, où vous participerez à la refonte de nos produits CSE, notamment une plateforme e-commerce. En tant que Product Owner/Product Manager E-commerce, vous serez rattaché à notre Lead Tribu et chargé de gérer le backlog d'une de nos suites logicielles sur un périmètre fonctionnel des produits e-commerce.
Responsabilités
- Identification des besoins et exigences métier dans le backlog produit
- Rédaction sous forme de Users Stories (US) de ces exigences et des critères d'acceptation
- Priorisation des US en fonction de la valeur métier, l'effort de réalisation et la connaissance technique / fonctionnelle
- Mise en place et exécution des tests des US au cours de chaque sprint en lien avec le Quality Analyst intégré à l'équipe
- Intégrer les contraintes techniques au cours des sprints en lien avec les développeurs
- Organiser les démonstrations du produit à chaque fin de sprint
- Gérer un stock d'US afin de toujours pouvoir alimenter les équipes de développement
Compétences requises
- À partir de 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle de PO/PM
- Forte connaissance de l'environnement e-commerce
- Idéalement déjà été proche d'une marketplace
- Forte culture Produit
- Sensibilité Business
