Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to join our EuroCentral Services organization in one of our 3DS offices in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of customer projects, delivering committed value, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Your primary focus will be on providing support during the presales phase, assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, and project structure. You will also lead or contribute to the definition of statement of work content, creating and managing project plans, and managing project teams.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide expert support during the presales phase, including assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, and project structure.
- Lead or contribute to the definition of statement of work content, ensuring compliance with SOW standards.
- Create and manage project plans, scopes, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and provide guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Oversee project P&L, driving all associated activities and resources to guarantee committed quality, margin, and scheduling criteria.
- Optimize resource utilization, ensuring life balance and maximum reuse of existing best practices.
- Establish and implement actions to guarantee confidentiality and IP protection.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in product development or services and consulting industries.
Scrum master, PMI certification, and experience with Agile methodologies are highly valued.
Communication Skills:Fluent in German and English, with effective written and verbal communication skills, active listening, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
