About the Role

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources to ensure committed margins and planning criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities and resources to ensure committed margins and planning criteria
  • Create and manage the project plan and its scope throughout the project life cycle
  • Manage the project budget and margin
  • Manage and lead the project team
  • Monitor purchases and expenses
  • Prepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with the information system
  • Communicate new opportunities identified during project execution
  • Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure that best practices are reusable
  • Produce and synthesize acquired knowledge and experiences during the project closure phase
  • Ensure pre-sales support, such as project needs assessment, planning, staffing requirements and risk management
  • Lead and/or contribute to the definition of Statement of Work (SOW)
Requirements
  • Engineering or university degree, with at least 10 years of experience on complex projects
  • Several years of experience managing complex IT projects
  • Strong leadership skills, with a unifying spirit and qualities in terms of listening and communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to master customer relations
  • Autonomy, rigor, and a good capacity for synthesis
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate leadership skills by handling the different aspects of the project
  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written, to enable operation in an international environment
  • Familiarity with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
  • Of Saoudi nationality
