About the Role

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources to ensure committed margins and planning criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project plans and their scope throughout the project life cycle
  • Manage project budgets and margins
  • Lead and manage project teams
  • Monitor purchases and expenses
  • Prepare and update business forecasts to ensure consistency with the information system
  • Communicate new opportunities identified during project execution
  • Capture project deliverables to ensure best practices are reusable
  • Produce and synthesize acquired knowledge and experiences during project closure
  • Provide pre-sales support, including project needs assessment, planning, staffing requirements, and risk management
  • Lead and/or contribute to the definition of Statement of Work (SOW)
Requirements
  • Engineering or university degree with at least 10 years of experience on complex projects
  • Several years of experience managing complex IT projects
  • Strong leadership skills with a unifying spirit and excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, and a good capacity for synthesis
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written, to operate in an international environment
  • Familiarity with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
  • Saudi nationality
