Notre client, un service provider à taille humaine situé dans les environs de Mamer, proche de la frontière belge, est à la recherche d'un(e) comptable financier(ère) expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre son équipe en pleine expansion. Spécialisé dans les fonds alternatifs et offrant une gamme variée de services à des clients internationaux, notre client se distingue par une ambiance conviviale et la présence active de ses partners auprès des employés.

Responsabilités du Senior Comptable

  • Gérer la comptabilité complète de structures SOPARFI et Holdings, investissant principalement dans le Private Equity et l'immobilier, de A à Z.
  • Assurer la gestion fiscale et comptable de votre portefeuille.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et respecter les délais.
  • Préparation des états financiers annuels (bilan, compte de résultat, etc.) conformément aux normes comptables luxembourgeoises (Lux GAAP).
  • Enregistrement des acquisitions, ventes, distributions et autres mouvements financiers liés aux actifs sous gestion.

Profil du Senior Comptable

  • Bachelier en comptabilité/fiscalité
  • +3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité en fiduciaire ou provider sur des sociétés commerciales ou Idéalement des SOPARFI/Holding
  • Bonne connaissance des normes comptables luxembourgeoises et des fonds alternatifs.
  • Excellente logique comptable.
  • Français et Anglais correct (B2+).
  • Expérience sur le logiciel BOB50.
  • Un bon esprit d'équipe, capable de travailler dans un environnement digitalisé et moderne.
  • La maîtrise du calcul de NAV est un atout, mais non requise.
