Join Our Team as a Strategic Growth Analyst Intern in Paris

Papernest, a leading European scale-up, is seeking a talented and motivated Strategic Growth Analyst Intern to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships Banking team, you will play a crucial role in developing our new offer for financial institutions in France.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Analysis and Market Research:
  • Map the main financial industry players in France, including their typology, size, and other relevant characteristics.
  • Identify key stakeholders among these players, including C-level executives and operational managers.
Business Development:
  • Negotiate new partnerships with influential fintech and banks in France.
  • Contribute to the development of our new offer for professional clients (B2B).
Deployment of the Papernest Offer:
  • Launch new partnerships by adapting the Papernest experience to the needs of each partner (tracked URL, landing page, API integration).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Products, CRM, Operations) to ensure the smooth launch of partnerships.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Set up performance monitoring tools and reporting to measure the performance of each partner (dashboard).
  • Organize regular meetings with partners to share results and identify areas for improvement (commissions, conversion rates, etc.).

You will work in autonomy, with the support and coaching of your manager, Noé. Our team is committed to long-term success and values the contributions of each employee, providing opportunities for growth and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a top business or engineering school.
  • Excellent communication skills (you're not afraid to speak with management-level executives at fintech companies).
  • Strong analytical skills (you're proficient in Excel and interested in developing new analysis skills, such as SQL).
  • Autonomous, full of energy, and a strong team player with a passion for developing new ideas.
  • Native French speaker, with fluent English skills.

Recruitment Process:

  1. A 30-minute phone call with Anouk, Talent Acquisition Partner.
  2. A 45-minute interview with Noé or Quentin from the Strategic Partnerships Banking team.
  3. A business case presentation (approximately 48 hours of preparation).
  4. A final interview with Victor, Head of Fintech FR, and another team member.
