Within the Group, you will join the IT Department (DSI), which is focused on spearheading the digital transformation of the GIE, enhancing local and corporate functions through innovative IT solutions that align with the Group's strategic objectives. The DSI acts as a true partner to business functions, providing essential support and guidance.
As part of the Corporate Functions Team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, compliant solutions for business teams, reporting directly to the Finance Product Line Manager, Raphaël Texeira.
Your Job and Daily Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all objectives are achieved within established timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with your product line manager and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders while adhering to IT governance protocols.
- Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and costs effectively.
- Utilize appropriate tools to measure project performance.
- Oversee the business-as-usual operations of applications under your IT jurisdiction.
- Develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of business needs to support daily activities.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong command of English.
- A Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role within the technology sector.
- Proficient project management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multicultural teamwork abilities.
- A curious, adaptable nature with proven interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
