Profile Overview:

In the context of our product launches and transitions team, the Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning and execution of various projects including launches, relaunches, transfers, and optimizations for the French market. The key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sales forecasts and developing business cases grounded in market research, product insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of launch, relaunch, transfer, and optimization projects in close partnership with diverse teams (Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Market Access, Legal and Patents, Marketing, Sales).
  • Tracking project progress, generating reports, monitoring alerts, and executing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Analyzing sales performance metrics for launches and relaunches.
  • Creating internal communication materials pertinent to launch, relaunch, transfer, and optimization strategies.
  • Conducting impact assessments (commercial/pharmaceutical) related to modifications during a relaunch.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development, Business Analysis, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.

Proficiency in English is essential for engaging in international communications.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in Data Management, Databases (GERS), Excel, Data Analysis, and Forecasting.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with extensive local and global collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities across functions.
