Position: Regional Sales Director

Your Responsibilities:

Overseeing a team of sales leaders and product representatives in your designated area to meet yearly sales targets. You will be accountable for the Northern region of France.

Core Duties:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key regional clients.
  • Formulating tailored strategies for clients in your territory.
  • Cooperating with internal departments (Customer Support, Supply Chain, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.).
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and operational plans within the set budget.

Sales Management:

  • Establishing objectives and action plans for your sales personnel.
  • Tracking and evaluating performance metrics and KPIs.

Team Leadership:

  • Conveying clear objectives, KPIs, timelines, and methodologies.
  • Fostering team unity.
  • Assessing performance against KPIs and offering constructive feedback for enhancement.
  • Regularly engaging with teams to monitor progress and develop skills.

Planning and Administration:

  • Projecting monthly sales figures.
  • Providing periodic reports to the sales management.

Your activities will be consistently reported to the Sales Management team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience collaborating with retail chains.
