Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in the Northern region of IDF. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth for our apartment-hotels in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand our customer base.
  • Prospect and engage with business and leisure clients at local and regional levels to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored sales and marketing activities that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including CRM management and commercial proposal development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and previous experience as a Field Sales Representative in a competitive B2B service environment. Fluency in commercial English is essential, as well as a strong understanding of the hotel industry in your region. You should be known for your sales skills, interpersonal qualities, and proactive approach to achieving results.
