Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Delivering Corrective Maintenance (TMA)
• Accountable for tracking and resolving e-commerce incidents across Europe.
• Prioritizing corrections or business modifications during designated release periods based on incident criticality.
• Coordinating progress with the global e-commerce team.
• Regularly updating stakeholders on ticket and production statuses.
• Ensuring order fulfillment through:
o Daily order monitoring.
o Incident management.
• Overseeing site performance and availability through weekly reports.
• Escalating issues to the global team via ticketing systems when performance metrics fall below acceptable levels.
• Making technical and procedural recommendations for sustainable incident resolution.
2. Ensuring Scalable Maintenance (TMA)
• Collecting requirements and drafting functional specifications.
• Sharing specifications to assess feasibility and timelines.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring changes are addressed by responsible teams.
• Conducting acceptance testing for patches and updates.
• Participating in recipe and test documentation processes.
• Actively contributing to solution enhancements by collaborating with IT teams.
• Validating deployment plans in production with involved teams.
3. Developing a Knowledge Base for Future Incident Prevention
• Implementing procedures to address recurring incidents (e.g., price and catalog management).
• Researching and proposing solutions to enhance productivity, responsiveness, and quality of production.
Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Hybris, or alternatively Cloud Commerce or Magento) or ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft AX, Cegid Orli).
- Experience in managing application integration within existing IT ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of business challenges and requirements.
- Proficiency in business process modeling.
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce application architecture, operational standards, and data flow types.
- Mastery of project management methodologies.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
