Missions :

  • Établir un modèle in vitro 3D humain du tube digestif et du foie.
  • Investiguer les interactions entre le tube digestif et le foie en utilisant des approches multimodales et multiparamétriques.
  • Valider le modèle développé et publier les résultats.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place de la plateforme Organ on a Chip.
  • Superviser des étudiants.

Profile :

PhD en Biologie Moléculaire, Biologie Cellulaire, Physiologie, Génie Biomedical, Biophysique ou un domaine connexe.

  • Expérience postdoctorale en Santé Humaine, Physiologie ou Bioingénierie.
  • Connaissances en culture de cellules (cellules primaires et lignées).
  • Expérience en experimentation in vitro.
  • Connaissances en pharmacocinétique et/ou toxicologie.
  • Expérience avec des cellules hépatiques humaines et/ou culture de tube digestif.
  • Connaissances en chromatographie liquide couplée à spectrométrie de masse, immunofluorescence, histologie, enzymologie, assays de transporteur, RT-qPCR.
  • Rigoureux, avec pensée analytique et curiosité.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement d'équipe – esprit d'équipe.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Compétences en communication (anglais écrit et parlé fluent – français un plus, mais non obligatoire).
  • Faculté à s'adapter et ouverture d'esprit.
  • Esprit de partage / Transparence.
