About the Role
As a Climate Risk Insurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving claims related to climate-related risks for our policyholders and third parties. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire claims process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and settle claims arising from climate risks, adhering to established procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with service providers involved in the claims process, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to policyholders throughout the claims journey, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all claim-related activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
