Job Title: Regional Respiratory Sales Manager Paris

Regeneron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Respiratory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Paris region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the respiratory market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the respiratory market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders
  • Provide input into regional and local account plans to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Manage and deploy resources effectively to ensure sales targets are met
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in Immunology, ideally in Pulmonology
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Fluent French language skills, with conversational English desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to manage and coach sales teams
  • Ability to work in collaboration and develop excellent partnerships internally and externally
