Your Role
Objectives
- Promote awareness regarding ecological practices
- Assist in activities that encourage reuse, repair, and second-hand utilization
- Play a role in fostering the community's ecological transition in an engaging and uplifting manner
Responsibilities
- Support volunteers and professionals in crafting sustainable environmental programs
- Aid in the establishment of community spaces
- Inform community members about ongoing activities
- Organize group events in communal gardens
- Contribute to the committee focused on sustainable development
- Assist volunteers in strategizing future initiatives
- Participate in monthly Repair Café gatherings
This mission offers you invaluable professional experience within a diverse team and the chance to connect with various community members.
Required Skills
Proactivity is essential in suggesting and executing eco-friendly projects.
Training
All participants must complete PSC1 certification, civic and citizenship training, along with opportunities for knowledge sharing with fellow volunteers.
Support and Guidance
You will receive mentorship from the eco-citizenship coordinator at the social center.
