We are seeking a highly skilled Product Safety Engineer to join our team at TMC. As a Product Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating the Functional and Product Safety activities within our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the requirements management process for automotive product development and relevant documentation
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to drive horizontal and vertical linking of requirements, tests, and results
  • Provide regular project requirements status reporting
  • Support impact analysis in case of requirements changes
  • Manage and support data exchange processes, including formatted printing, export/import to and from various tools
  • Train development teams in Requirements Engineering processes and support Requirements Management Tools
  • Represent the business in Cross Business Alignments and Process Change Control Boards
  • Implement Change Control Boards decisions in the business
Your Profile
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in information management, electronics, software engineering, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in product definition and/or requirements engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and soft skills
  • Self-managed and organized
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 specifications
  • Programming skills in VBA/C++ are a plus
  • Basic understanding of project management
