The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Animator to join our team. As an HSE Animator, you will be responsible for promoting and enforcing safety regulations within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Missions:
    • Monitor and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Record and analyze accidents to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement safety action plans to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Conduct annual job analyses to identify potential hazards.
    • Track and manage chemical products to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Participate in regulatory monitoring to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
    • Provide safety training to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Environment Missions:
    • Implement waste management practices to minimize our environmental impact.
    • Perform site risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
    • Collect data for carbon footprint assessments to measure our environmental impact.
    • Ensure site compliance with environmental regulations.
    • Implement environmental action plans to reduce our environmental footprint.
    • Conduct periodic controls to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Provide environmental training to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in HSE with relevant industrial experience. You should also have good computer skills and thrive in challenging environments.
