Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Demand Planning Assistant to join our EMEA team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our Demand Planning Department, you will be responsible for producing accurate sales forecasts, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Forecasting and Analysis
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for one of our brands, utilizing historical data and market trends.
  • Conduct monthly KPI analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our statistical provider to enhance forecast accuracy.
Process Improvement
  • Deploy a new forecasting tool and process on the brand, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with regional and affiliate marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead in preparing for S&OP meetings.
Requirements
  • Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Access or SAP a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with ability to follow English-language meetings and phone calls.
