Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Messaging product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a service/product aligned with the Service Level Agreement signed with our entities, enhancing the products in alignment with business needs and security requirements, and developing and managing relationships with AXA entities on security products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Work with entities to enhance the existing solution (Proofpoint)
- Work Entity Security teams to ensure Cyber Defense services are delivered to the agreed QoS
- Work with the security technology teams and Chapters to ensure maximum risk reduction is obtained from existing security solutions
- Work with AXA Group Procurement to manage the relationship with key security vendors
Education:
- Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a closely-related subject
Overall Work Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in IT
- 5 years of experience in Information Security
- Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure
- Operate comfortably at management level
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong networking skills
- Team player
- Apply analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios
- Professional and positive approach
- Diligent with attention to detail
- Fluent in English
