Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business growth and development
  • Manage and coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or service industry
