Job Summary:We are seeking an IT Business Services Quality Solution Owner to deliver our business strategy through technology. This role will involve shaping opportunities, supporting the Quality department in defining the vision, and translating business requirements into detailed solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Enrich CQMS, the Ceva QMS solution, as part of the Quality processes digitalization initiative.
- Roll out CQMS to our different entities.
- Closely work with BPOs to enhance solutions as per business needs.
- Provide guidance and awareness on data generated by AQ processes to maximize analysis and value delivered by the systems.
- Provide strong functional and technical expertise of the solutions covering Quality processes.
- Liaise with clients to collect business requirements and ensure final customer satisfaction through on-time, on-cost, on-quality solution delivery.
- Expert in Quality Processes (CAPA, Deviation, SOP, Audit management, etc.).
- Proficient in Business Adoption.
- ~5-7 years' experience in Quality, either internally via a procurement or supply chain organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
- ~Candidates should be fluent in English.
- ~5+ years of experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on packaged software product implementation.
- ~Experience in related Business Quality Management processes (e.g.).
