Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Healthcare Manager to join our team as a Department Head for our Domiciliary Care Service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance our services and reputation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
- Diplôme d'Etat d'Infirmier (State Nursing Diploma) and a Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive change.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
