EURHASI is seeking a driven Business Engineer for its client, a leading IT consulting and development firm.

With over 900 employees and a revenue of €80 million (projected by end of 2022), this dynamic company boasts a strong presence across France through agencies in major cities like Paris, Sophia-Antipolis, Aix-en-Provence, Montpellier, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lyon, and Toulouse.

Your Mission:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Expand the client portfolio by identifying new prospects, opening accounts, and conducting both telephone prospecting and in-person client meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Proposal Development & Tender Response: Prepare compelling proposals and responses to Calls for Tenders, showcasing the company's expertise and value proposition.
    • Commercial Negotiation: Successfully negotiate contracts with clients, including defining project scope, timelines, and daily rates.
    • Consultant Remuneration & Management: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard top talent. Manage consultant assignments, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a results-oriented approach.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Proven experience in business development within the IT consulting sector (excluding internships).
  • Experience with SaaS (digital) and/or ESN (Enterprise Software Network) environments.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
