SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping our validation and verification processes.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Validation Engineer/Validation and Verification Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of our satellite systems, managing the validation and verification roadmap for each flight product, and establishing priorities in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive validation and verification plans for our Hub system, encompassing various components designed in-house.
- Ensure consistency across validation and verification roadmaps for each flight product, driving efficiency and reducing risk.
- Prioritize tasks and establish a clear roadmap in collaboration with team leads from flight product, ground, and test infrastructure.
- Maintain tight schedules, meeting milestones at various stages of the validation and verification plan.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with Jira Global Configuration or the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
- Experience in Product Management & Life Cycle (development, production, operation).
- Previous experience working with international teams across time zones.
