Agency Director (M/F) - Permanent Position

In this role, you will take charge of the MAAF agency in Vesoul, leading a dedicated team of 4 Customer Advisors. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering their professional growth and enhancing the agency's commercial performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and energize a team of customer advisors on a daily basis.
  • Plan and organize the agency's operational activities.
  • Engage in the team's daily operational tasks.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against set objectives and business standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to boost the agency's market performance.
  • Enhance the local brand presence within the designated area.
  • Embrace diverse challenges that bring excitement to your role.
  • Support the professional development and aspirations of your team members.
  • Promote team unity by cultivating a trustworthy environment that encourages engagement.
