Business Development Manager for Veterinary Diagnostics

About the Role:

Mars (New) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the veterinary diagnostics market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expand our customer base in Belgium.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including veterinary clinics and hospitals.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on our veterinary diagnostics products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the veterinary diagnostics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
